How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders to U.S. addresses are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, which delivers to most addresses within 2-3 business days. Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. CST on weekdays are nomally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. CST will be shipped on the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or postal holidays. Orders to Canada are also shipped by the U.S. Postal Service and normally arrive within 6-10 business days, although it does sometimes take longer because of delays in customs. If you would like to check the status of your order, you can call or email us and we will provide you with a tracking number for your package.
Can you ship by UPS or FedEx?
Yes. Although this is not our standard practice, you can call or email us to make special arrangements to have your order shipped by UPS or FedEx.
Is Express shipping available?
Yes. Just select USPS Express Mail under shipping options when you check out. The cost will be calculated for you based on the weight of your order. USPS Express Mail, which is "overnight to most areas" - it's not guaranteed overnight, but unless you're in a very rural area it almost always gets there the next day. If your order is critical please call us to verify the delivery date and that the item(s) are in stock
I saw on item on your website cheaper somewhere else. Will you match the price?
We take pride in providing our customers with great products at reasonable prices. Sometimes there are special circumstances (such as overstocks and closeouts) that allow other companies to sell items at lower prices than we do, and while we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to match prices offered by other companies, we will always do our best to give you the absolute lowest prices we can, so please call and give us a chance to match the other offer.
My credit card was declined, but I know it is a good card. What could the problem be?
To protect ourselves and our customers, we use address verification software (AVS) to verify credit cards. Make sure that you entered the correct credit card BILLING address (the address where your credit card statement is sent). Also, make sure that you entered only the 5 digit billing zip code, and that the credit card number and expiration date were entered correctly.
Do I need to have a Legacy Tack account to check out?
No. When you go to the check out screen there is an option for "Place Order Without an Account." Having an account will make it easier for you to place orders in the future because your shipping information will be saved for you. For security reasons, we do not save credit card numbers, so you will have to re-enter your number every time you place an order.
What if I don't want to enter my credit card information online?
Although we have taken extra precautions to ensure that your credit card information will be protected (see our Privacy Policy), we understand that some people are still not comfortable giving out their credit card information over the internet. You can always call us during our business hours at 979-280-5344 and place your order over the phone.
Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit or if it just wasn't what I expected?
Yes. We want you to always be satissfied with your purchases, so we offer a hassle-free return policy, and will honor all reasonable requests to make returns or exchanges. However, you MUST notify us before making any returns. For more information, see our complete return policy. If your circumstances are not covered in our return policy, feel free to call or email us and we will be happy to assist you.
Do you ship to other countries?
Yes. However, shipping rates to other countries are different. Please make sure when you check out that you select the appropriate shipping option based on the region in which you are located. However, there are some countries we don't ship to (you will not be able to select a shipping option for these countries), and we reserve the right to refuse any order for which we are unable to verify the validity of the payment method.
I live outside the United States - can you mark the package as "gift" so I don't have to pay duties on it?
No. We fill out customs documents so as to accurately reflect the underlying transaction. We must mark the documents as merchandise with the actual purchase price listed. |
