Do you charge sales tax?
We charge 8.25% sales tax for orders with Texas shipping addresses. If your shipping address is in another state then you will not be charged sales tax.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer shipping through the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, and UPS. We offer $5.00 standard shipping (USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground at our discretion) on all orders. The charge for other methods of shipping is the actual shipping cost charged by the carrier based on the weight of the package.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
This depends on the shipping method that you chose. All orders are now being shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. If your order is critical it is a good idea to call us to verify product availability and ship date. Visit our Shipping Information page for more information about shipping times.
Is Express shipping available?
Yes. Just select one of the expedited shipping methods when you check out, such as USPS Express Mail, UPS Overnight, or FedEx Overnight.
I clicked continue to finalize my order, but it never went to the confirmation page, and I didn't get a confirmation email. Did my order go through?
This can happen if you enter your email address incorrectly. Our system tries to send your confirmation email before the confirmation page loads on the website, so if the email address is not good it stops there and never loads the page. We do usually receive your order, but without a valid email address we can't send you order status updates or shipping information, so please double-check your email address before completing your order.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can visit our Login page and enter your order number and zip code under "Check the Status of Your Order." You can also call or email us any time for an update on your order.
Some or all of the items that I ordered have not arrived, but your website said they were in stock when I ordered them. Why is this?
Our website does not keep track of our inventory. From time to time different items may be out of stock due to manufacturer's backorders and other situations, but our website has no way of knowing this. You will be able to order an item even if it is not in stock. You will be notified by email after placing your order if any of the items are not in stock. You can also check your order status online (see previous question).
I paid for my order with PayPal and some/all of the items were not in stock. Why has the money been deducted from my account when the items have not been shipped?
When you pay with PayPal, the full amount of the order is automatically transferred directly to our PayPal account. Unfortunately, this is just the way the PayPal works and we have no control over it. If any of the items on your order are not available we will generally hold the PayPal funds as a deposit on your order and ship the items when they come in. At your request, we will be happy to refund the amount of the backordered items to your PayPal account and re-invoice you for them when they are ready to ship. This may cause an added delay on the shipment of backorders, as we must wait until the funds are received before shipping the items.
I saw on item on your website cheaper somewhere else. Will you match the price?
We take pride in providing our customers with great products at reasonable prices. Sometimes there are special circumstances (such as overstocks and closeouts) that allow other companies to sell items at lower prices than we do, and while we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to match prices offered by other companies, we will always do our best to give you the absolute lowest prices we can, so please call and give us a chance to match the other offer.
My credit card was declined, but I know it is a good card. What could the problem be?
To protect ourselves and our customers, we use address verification software (AVS) to verify credit cards. Make sure that you entered the correct credit card BILLING address (the address where your credit card statement is sent). Also, make sure that you entered only the 5 digit billing zip code, and that the credit card number, expiration date, and CVV code were entered correctly.
What if I don't want to enter my credit card information online?
Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit or if it just wasn't what I expected?
Unfortunately, due the fact that we are going out of business we are no longer accepting returns unless we ship you the wrong item, or you receive an item that is damaged or defective. See our Return Policy for details.
Do you ship to other countries, and what is the cost?
Yes. When you check out you will be able to select USPS Priority Mail International, or Express Mail International, and our website will calculate the cost of each method depending on the country where you order is being shipped. However, there are some countries we don't ship to (you will not be able to select these countries), and we reserve the right to refuse any order for which we are unable to verify the validity of the payment method.
I live outside the United States - can you mark the package as "gift" so I don't have to pay duties on it?
No. We fill out customs documents so as to accurately reflect the underlying transaction. We must mark the documents as merchandise with the actual purchase price listed.
I followed the size chart on your website, but the item does not fit. Will you credit me for the cost of returning it?
Unfortunately, no. The size charts that we display for certain items on our website are provided by the manufacturer and are a useful guide in determining the correct size, but they are not a guarantee. Because everyone is proportioned differently there is no way to know for sure whether an item will fit without trying it on. There are not size charts available for all of our items, but if you need help in determining the correct size feel free to call us and we will be happy to take measurements and advise you the best we can (although we still cannot guarantee whether an item will fit).
