Cashel Cushions will not callapse or absorb moisture and bacteria the way open-cell foam pads do, nor will it retain heat and add unnecessary weight the way gel pads do. Wedge cushions provide increased protection over the sensitive back area and can be used to level a saddle. The Wedge Cushion gradually increases from 1/2" thick at the front to 1-1/4" at the back and can be used to prop up the back of the saddle. The reverse wedge is the opposite - 1/2" thick at the back and 1-1/4" thick at the front. Use a reverse wedge if your saddle rests too low in the front. For optimum performance, place the cushion label side up on an absorbent cloth pad, with the saddle directly on top. Cleans easily with water. Available in 3/4" flat jump, jump wedge, reverse jump wedge, dressage wedge, and reverse dressage wedge styles, in sizes small (16.5"), medium (17"), large (17.5"), and x-large (18" - add $2).
