They will outlast cheaper pads, while providing superior performance and a more professional appearance. Made from top quality Australian Merino sheepskin. Sheepskin has long been a staple in the medical field for its ability to prevent pressure sores and provide a surface to regulate heat or cold. Unlike pads manufactured from wool, hairs on sheepskin pads are left on the hide where air can circulate to create a cushion and regulate temperatures. The sheepskin offers lightweight, breathable shock apsorption, relieves pressure points and eliminates chafing sores and rubs. Natural sheepskin is suprisingly easy to care for too! These pads are machine washable (in cold water). Use Woolite or shampoo and dry flat in the shade. Available in white and black. Fits saddles from 16.5" to 18.5".
