This correctly designed breast collar is fully padded and lined with soft leather for utmost comfort. The side straps attach to the girth and are fitted with four keepers to secure the ends. The neck strap is adjustable on both sides. Center loop on collar to pass a martingale through. Stainless steel hardware.
