An excellent choice for ultimate safety and superior comfort. This is one of the only body protector vests certified to
EN13158: 2000, ASTM-F 1937-98, and BETA 2000 Level 3, the highest industry
safety standards. And it's still incredibly light, flexible, and fully
ventilated!
The lightweight, flexible foam panels mold to your body, providing a flattering and unobtrusive fit,
while also offering a high level of protection to reduce the impact of an
fall, thus minimizing the severity of the injuries. The panels are perforated to allow
air to flow freely around the body. The removable,
machine washable cover is lined with CoolMax fabric, which is designed to wick moisture
from your body, keeping you cool and dry. Velcro at the waist and shoulders make it
very adjustable, and a front snapping elastic strap holds it securely in place.
Available in adult's sizes Small, Medium, and Large, (see size chart below). Stock colors
are black with royal mesh, hunter green with silver mesh, and navy with navy mesh. Custom
colors are available by special order (takes 12-16 weeks for delivery; see options below).

How to Fit: Your body protector vest should be a close fit, but should not
cause any discomfort when you are in a riding position. You should be able to
maintain a full range of motion. The impact protection should cover the whole
circumference of the torso, with the bottom edge not less than 25mm below the rib cage
anteriorly, and should reach the pelvis laterally. The arm hole should be approximately
circular and of minimum dimensions. The top of the back of the protector should just reach the
seventh cervical vertebra (the prominent bone at the base of the neck). The back of the
protector should be as long as possible but must NOT hit the saddle, forcing the garment upward.
The foam panels must meet and overlap at the shoulders and sides at all times.
Custom Vest: Custom vests can be designed to your specifications. The color or all of the individual
panels can be customized. Dual color vests are $257.95, and tri color are $279.95. Please call 800-450-1559 to place customer vest orders.
Available colors are: black, white, high visibility neon yellow, tibet (yellow), pink, red, maroon, hunter green, forest green,
navy, purple, royal blue, honeybird (light blue), and aqua. Mesh options are black, royal, silver, and navy.
