The Wintec 500 is a comfortable, hardy saddle designed for riders who
prefer the traditional look of leather, but don't want to spend
hourse of time caring for their saddle.
Features recessed stirrup bars, equisuede inserts on the
knee pads, Wintec's Flexibloc adjustable knee roll system,
and a lifetime guarantee on the tree.
This saddle is available with either traditional wool-flocked
panels ($395), or with the revolutionary CAIR air panel
system ($495). The CAIR system is designed to give your
horse the ultimate in comfort. Provides even weight
distribution across the maximum area of the horse's back
and will not ride down. Virtually eliminates pressure
points. CAIR air panels hold their shape, unlike
traditional stuffing which over time will ride down and
become unevenly compacted, requiring costly restuffing.
CAIR panels constantly adapt to your horse's shape as
the back and shoulder muscles work.
Also features Wintec's easy change gullet system,
great for young horses or horses in training. When
their back shape changes due to maturity or training,
you can easily change the tree size. Available from
narrow to extra-wide! We will install whatever gullet
size you need before we ship it to you, and you can
then fine tune your fit by ordering extra gullets as
your needs change.
Available in black and brown, sizes 15" and 15 3/4" (wool-flocked panels
only) and 16.5"-18" with CAIR and wool-flocked panels.
