The Charles Owen J3 helmet has a low profile and a unique snug-fitting suede-lined harness made from the softest leather. The harness extends to the nape of the neck providing a snug and secure fit. The Charles Owen name is inscribed across it, a supersoft headband ensures comfort in all conditions.

The compact shape of the J3 reduces the bulk of the helmet and is cooler to ride in. The top of the helmet is perforated with four ventilation holes, and it comes with a free black cover which has ventilation panels for improved air flow.

The flexible nature of the rear padding allows this helmet to fit a more oval head. When first trying on the helmet the rear padding can fold inside and reduce the apparent size by over four sizes. It is important to insert your thumbs into the front inner edge of the harness to stop this from happening. The harness will bed in with use and reduce any tightness at the front of the helmet.

How to measure: Use a measuring tape and take the measurement around the circumference of your head at the widest point above the eyebrow bone, over the bump at the rear of your head and just above the top of your ears. Use a mirror as an aid if unsure whether you are measuring correctly.
