The Herm Sprenger KK-Conrad-Ultra bits have been adapted to the anatomy of the horse's mouth so that there is no pressure put on the palate and clear instructions can be given as the tongue's sense of touch is utilized. The center link is set at a 45 degree angle to ensure that when the reins are pulled the rounded link rests fully on the tongue without squeezing it. These bits feature an Aurigan mouthpiece, which is a strong and solid alloy with high oxidation properties that give it a distinctive and pleasant taste that horses love, thus encouraging chewing and acceptance of the bit.
