Shipping Information

We offer shipping by the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, and FedEx Express. Most orders placed by 2 p.m. Central Standard Time are shipped the same day. However, if your order is critical it is a good idea to call us to verify availability and ship date. We don't ship on weekends or Postal holidays.

For Domestic Orders our standard shipping method is Priority Mail, which is normally delivered anywhere in the country within 2-3 business days. At our discrection, some larger items (such as tall boots and winter blankets) will be shipped by UPS Ground. If your order is over $100, then you qualify for our FREE Standard Shipping. If your order is under $100, the Standard Shipping charge is just $5.00. The charge for other shipping methods is the actual cost charged by the carrier based on the weight of the package.

Our website does not keep track of our inventory. Some items listed on our website may be out of stock from time to time due to manufacturer's backorders. We will send you an email after you place your order letting you know if an item is not in stock. These emails are sometimes intercepted by spam filters, so if your order is critical or if you don't receive it within the specified time frame it is a good idea to call or email us to verify that the items were in stock. Please add info@legacytack.com to your address book to help ensure that you receive all emails pertaining to your order.

You should receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped (once again, these emails may be intercepted by spam filters). You can also track your order online anytime by visiting the My Account page on our website.

UPS 3 Day Select: Delivery by the end of the third business day
UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery by the end of the second business day
UPS Next Day Air Saver: Delivery by 3 p.m.on the next business day

Federal Express
(No PO Boxes; delivery times are from the day of shipment)

FedEx Express Saver: 3 business days (Monday through Friday by 4:30 p.m. to businesses and 7 p.m. to residences)
FedEx 2 Day: 2 business days (Monday through Friday by 4:30 p.m. to businesses and 7 p.m. to residences)
FedEx Standard Overnight: Next business day by 3 p.m. to most addresses, 4:30 p.m. to rural areas (Monday through Friday)
